Jacomijntje Beijer weduwe van Arie Luiendijk arbeider wonende Abbenbroek in het huis nr 58 verkoopt aan haar schoonzoon Kornelis van der Linde, mede in het zelfde huis wonende, een huis, schuurtje en dijkboomgaard aan de Gemenelandsedijk tussen Abbenbroek en Heenvliet onder Abbenbroeknw cohiernr 58, belast met een erfpacht van 7 stuivers per jr tbv het Domein van Abbenbroek. De koopprijs bedraagt 100 gld. De verkoopster thans 66 jr oud heeft levenslang vrije bewoning van het voorste gedeelte van het huis zonder daarvoor iets te behoeven te betalen, zijnde de huurwaarde 12 gld per jr. De koper blijft de koopsom schuldig tegen een rente van 4½% per jr waarvoor het huis zal worden verbonden. Getuige Kordstiaan Westerman schoenmaker wonende Abbenbroek. i4754 t110
