Coldstone Farmhouse. SX 56 SE SHAUGH PRIOR COLDSTONE 6/99 23.4.52 Coldstone Farm House GV II Farmhouse.
C16/17. Rendered stone rubble. Slate hipped roof. Two storeys. Two window range.
Three and 4-light chamfered stone mullion windows with hoodmoulds. First floor with
gables over. Gabled porch to left with wooden cambered head doorway. The inner
doorway has chamfered 4-centred arch. Large central granite ashlar chimneys tack with
moulded cap. Two gabled wings at rear forming square plan, with some stone mullion
windows and chimneystack on one of the gables. Lean-to extension on east end.
Interior: Two moulded granite fireplaces on ground floor and one on first floor.
Large granite ground floor fireplace with chamfered jambs and lintel. Chamfered
4-centred arch, doorway inside on ground floor.

House, formerly a farmhouse.
C17/18. Stone rubble. Slate roof with gabled and hipped ends. Two storeys. Three

at west gable end. Outbuilding adjoining west.
