Le 17 octobre 1775 par devant le notaire Stefano BENEDETTI, Giovan'Andrea STEFANINI de Sisco (Balba), fils de Simon'Giovanni, déclare renoncer à la succession de son frère le chanoine Gio:Egidio décédé le 22 septembre.
Si le chanoine Gio:Egidio est le frère de Giovan'Andrea, il est le fils de Simon'Giovanni et non pas celui de Francesco Maria (voir la notice de ce dernier)
La seule explication que l'on puisse donner pour le moment est que Simon'Giovanni étant mort peu après la naissance de Gio:Egidio, celui-ci a été recueulli et sans doute adopté par son oncle Francesco Maria. Il figure donc 2 fois sur l'arbre généalogique.
