Goederen ongemeen, winst en verlies half om half, kinderen gelijk, indien hij eerder overlijdt dan krijgt zij 3000 gld., omgekeerd geldt dit ook, welke goederen desnoods verteerd mogen worden, of er wel of geen kinderen zijn, de lijfstoebehoren worden overgedragen na aftrek van de doodskosten, de bruid kan de behuizing en landerijen van de bruidegom, verstrekt door zijn ouders, over nemen, na taxatie, door wijze mannen.
