De E. Geuchien Derx [Geuchijn Derks] als bruidegom en de Eerbare Jantjen Jans als bruid verklaren dat hun huwelijk met de volgende condities en huwelijkse voorwaarden is besloten. Ze zijn tevreden met elkaars goederen die zij tegenwoordig bezitten en zullen inbrengen. Deze 1073 goederen zullen ongemeen zijn. Bruidegom en bruid hebben elk 200 Car. gld. ingebracht, waarvan de ingebrachte 200 gld. van de bruidegom loon is, verdiend als dienstknecht. Als de bruidegom of bruid zonder kinderen overlijdt, zal de langstlevende levenslang alle goederen behouden, gebruiken en desnoods mogen verteren zonder daarvan verantwoording af te leggen aan vrienden van de overledene, tenzij de langstlevende hertrouwt, dan worden de aangebrachte en gewonnen goederen van de overledene aan de naaste vrienden uitgekeerd. Winst en verlies zullen half en half zijn. Zoons en dochters uit dit huwelijk hebben gelijke rechten over de ouderlijke goederen en genieten in alle gevallen het recht van representatie. De lijfstoebehoren van de eerst overledene zullen met zes weken na het overlijden aan de naaste
vrienden van de overledene worden uitgekeerd.
