Beerta Fol.474 - 3 november 1758 - Cornellis Fokkes en Afijn Wubbes (ehel.), Egbert Harms en Eelke Gosselaar (ehel), Eildert Wubbes en Geeske Harms (ehel.), Jan Bonnekes en Hilje Harms (ehel.), Derk Daniels en Trijntje Jans (ehel.), Anje Jans, weduwe van Jan Willems, gezamenlijke erfgenamen van wijlen Wigbolt Geertz, verkopen aan Jan Hemmes en Eelste Abels (ehel.) hun behuizing met een dorsblok, schutten en wringen, en de beklemming van ca. 95 deimt land in Nieuw Beerta, zich opstrekkende van de Tiam tot door de Stadspolder. Ten noorden de Tiam, ten oosten dr. J.Siersema en consorten, ten zuiden de A, ten westen Focko Edskens= weduwe en de diaconie van Beerta. Borg: Abel Jans, Harko Hemmes, Juike Nannes en Harm Hemmes, ieder vooreen vierde deel. Huur: 600 car.gld., aan kerkvoogd Cornellis Fockes en Afijn Wubbes. Prijs: 6500 car.gld.

Nieuwolda Fol.466 - 12 december 1753 - Hindrik Phiebes, in Nieuwolda, verpacht aan Cornelius Fockens en Aaffijn Wubbes (ehel.), te Nieuwolda, een heemstee, hof en tuin, waarop het huis staat, met 12 deimt land te Midwolderhamrik. ten eerste 2 deimtin de Clavercampe, waarvan burgemeester J.Geertsema de andere 4 deimt toekomt, liggende ten zuiden van genoemde 2 deimt, met nog een stuk land de Strepe genoemd, liggende in 2 stukken aan de Klaverkamp, nog een stuk liggende an d' Strepe langs strekkende tot in de Zomerdijk, met nog het heem hof en tuine, daar het huis op staad, hebbende dit bovengenoemde land, heem, hof en tuine tot naaster swetten ten noorden de halve Somerdijk en Jan Hindriks Huisman ten oosten, dezelve ten zuiden, Jan Hindriks Huisman en borgemeester J. Geertsema in de Claver campe, ten westen Jan Hindriks Huisman an het heem en Oostwolmerhamriker maar en Geert Reints. Nog 4 deimpten land de Redgers venne genaamt, ten noorden en oosten de provincie, ten zuiden HabboSijbels, ten westen de provincie. Het geheel wordt door verpachter bewoond en gebruikt. Pacht: 1300 car.gld. Verpachter zal aan zich houden het recht van beklemming over dit land. Huur: 58 gld. 10 st. Getuigen: Beerent Egbers en Jan Hindriks Huisman.
