Midwolda - fol.445 - 29 januari 1668 - Reewen Aipkes en Wijpko Hommes, pr.vmd. en sibbevoogd, over wijlen Wibbo Aipkes en Sijben (gew.ehel.), in Midwolda, hun jongste kind, tevens Epko Ebbens, voor zich zelf, en namens zijn zuster Hemcke Ebbens], ook Jemmo Hindricks en Eltio Onnekes, namens hun vrouwen, en Onno Edzes, pr.vmd., over wijlen Jan Epkes' oudste kind [doorgehaald: ende Anie Juriens wegens haer kint dat sij bij wijlen Jan Epkes vornoemt heeft geprocreert] ter ener en Aeltien Heeres, weduwe van Haijcko Epkes, in Midwolda, geassisteerd door haar broer Hindrick Heeres, Hans Jorg Scheler, haar neef, en Heepko Cornellijs ter andere zijde. Ze maken een afhandeling van de nalatenschap van Haijcko Epkes. De erfgenamen dragen de nalatenschap over aan Aeltien Heeres. Aeltien draagt over aan de erfgenamen het land dat Haijcko Epkes, 24 maart 1663 te Midwolda, had gepacht van Eggo Wijpkes. Aeltien of haar erfgenamen zullen voor het land per deimt 5 gld. huur betalen.
