Zuidbroek- fol.120v - 8 juni 1644 - Harmen Smahle en Hiske Cnottes (ehel.), Borneer Garloffs en Aeltien Cnottes (ehel.) erfgenamen van wijlen hun zwager en broer Roleff Cnotte, getrouwd geweest met Aeltien Heldts, nu getrouwd met Harmen Carsjens, te Zuidbroek. Eerstgenoemde verklaren van hun schoonzusters Aeltien Heldts en haar man Harmen Carsjens hun deel van de nalatenschap van wijlen Roleff Cnotte te hebben ontvangen alles volgens inventaris d.d. 31 mei 1643 en de afkoop d.d. 9 september 1643. Aeltien Heldts mag behouden het linnen, wollen, zilverwerk, met de in en uitschulden te Westfalen.
