Beerta Fol.193 - 27 januari 1651 - De akte is doorgehaald - De weduwe van Engel Sickens, Martjen Engels, met een zoon Roelff Engels en een zwager Albert Henrijcx met haar drie dochters, Alberts vrouw Fenne Engels, Eeffse Engels en Dode Engels, verkopen aan Sicko Engels, Martjens zoon, haar huis en schuur westwaarts in de Beerta op Susanna van Meeckhama haar heerd land, ten oosten Udo Bontkens, ten westen Hemmo Harckens. Tevens wordt verkocht het huisraad en de huismansgereedschappen.
