Hindrik Pieters Najer [Hinderck Pieters Naijers] als bruidegom en de Eerbare Jantien Jans [IJ IJ letters] als bruid verklaren dat hun huwelijk met de volgende condities en huwelijkse voorwaarden is besloten. Ze zijn tevreden met elkaars goederen die zij inbrengen, welke alsmede de tijdens het huwelijk geërfde goederen, gemeenschappelijk zullen zijn, zoals ook de winst en verlies tijdens het huwelijk. Zonen en dochters uit dit huwelijk, als ook bruidegoms dochtertje welke de bruid als haar kind aanneemt, hebben gelijke rechten over de ouderlijke goederen. Als één van de genoemde jongelui zonder kinderen overlijdt, zal de langstlevende, man of vrouw, alle nagelaten goederen behouden zonder daar iemand rekenschap van te geven. Nadat de laatste is overleden en er zijn geen kinderen, worden alle nagebleven goederen tussen wederzijdse naaste vrienden egaal verdeeld.
