Zuidbroek - fol.27 - 12 april 1642 - De weduwe van Hanno Hitjens, Ulske Peters, ter ener en Jurjen Hannes en Hemmo Hannes, Roleff Attiens [=Roeleff Attijes] en Edske (ehel.), Auwko Emmes [=Aeuko Emmens] en Ave [=Aefe Aukes] (ehel.), met Gebel Jans, voormond, over wijlen Berent Wijbes en Weije (gew.ehel.) hun nagelaten twee onmondige kinderen ter andere zijde. Ze maken een afkoop m.b.t. wijlen Hanno Hitjens nagelaten behuizingen en landen. Genoemde weduwe cedeert aan haar kinderen haar behuizing en schuur te Muntendam met de in het land uitgezaaide rogge met het appelhof, tevens de landerijen. Ulske ontvangt daarvoor van de
kinderen zolang te leeft jaarlijks 80 car.gld. met een vrije goede koe, te hooi en te gras, met
zoveel zwarte turf als ze jaarlijks nodig heeft. Getuigen: Cornelis Jans [=Cornelllijs Jans] en Jan
Jans anders Tonnijs.
