Smit] voor zijn vrouw Aukjen Harms, te samen erfgenamen van Geesien Fokkes, verkopen aan de landschrijver R.T. van Iddekinge en A.S. van Iddekinge (ehel.), vertegenwoordigd door mr. T.J. van Iddekinge, een behuizing met de overdracht van huisplaats en tuin, zijnde Stadsgrond, doende 2 gld. aan huur, aan de Heereweg te Zuidbroek. Ten noorden en oosten landschrijver R.T. van Iddekinge, ten zuiden de Heereweg of pad, ten westen koopman Menno Sijpkes. Bewoond en gebruikt geweest door Geesien Fokkes. Prijs 700 gld.
