Luining, voor zijn vrouw Grietje Sijpkes, te Winschoten, caverende voor Geesijn Jans en haar twee minderjarige kinderen, verkopen aan Tammo Ipes en Annechijn Egges Hommes (ehel.), in de Beerta, hun eigendomlijke behuizing met de vaste beklemming van de grond, tuin en appelhof, en 76 deimt land, westwaarts in de Beerta, ten noorden Pieter Jans en Houwe Jans, ten oosten Jan Jans en consorten, ten zuiden de Aa, ten westen Pieter Jans en consorten. Aankomstbrief: 18 juni 1779 te Groningen voor richter H. J. Wieringa. Vaste huur: 300 gld., aan oud-raadsheer R. de Drews. Er staat een huisplaats op met een huur van 5 gld.
