Zuidbroek - fol.115v - 6 mei 1655 - Pieter Cornellis, als voormond over wijlen Memelt Albers en Jantien (gew.ehel.) hun nagelaten onmondige kinderen, Jacob Jansen [merk], van Gieterveen, namens Meihke, zijn vrouw, Coert Coerts [merk] en Roelfke [merk] (ehel.) verkopen aan Pieter Hendricks en en Jantien (ehel.) een huis met de overdracht van de tuin en de plaats, zoals eigendomlijk toebehoort aan Tiarck Nannes, te Finsterwolde. De tuin en de plaats zijn onder het huis beklemt. Ten noorden Willem Fockes,meierwijze, ten oosten en zuiden Wijbrant Amsingh, ten westen Harmen ...[?]. Prijs: 124 gld.
