Notes about Engbert Reints

Zuidbroek - fol. 192 - 16 januari 1765 - Gesworene N. Amsingh en E. Menssens (ehel.), verkopen aan Engbert Reints mede namens zijn vrouw Elke Fokkens, de beklemming van een heerdje land, en de behuizing erop staand, te Noordbroek, ten zuiden van kerkvoogd Tjapko Peters nabuurs landen gelijk opstrekkend. Ten noorden kerkvoogd Tjapko Peters, ten oosten de Oldedijksterweg, ten zuiden Bonno Hesse en consorten, ten westen het Noordbroeksterdiep. Uitgezonderd het hoge veen, welke vergraving verkocht is aan Jan Duirsema. Alles is gebruikt door kerkvoogd Tjapko Peters als meijer. Verder de beklemming van een stuk land, groot 6 deimt, te Noordbroek bijlangs de weg naar de zogenaamde Rode Tilof ten noorden van het Zuidbroekster kerkenland, waarover genoemde weg loopt. Ten oosten W. Amsingh, ten zuiden wed. Jacob Hindriks. Beide stukken land horen bij elkaar. Huur 160 gld. Aanvaarding nu, behalve het laatste stukje, in 1765 wanneer de vruchten van het land zijn. Daarom worden de huren over 1764 en 1765 gekort met telkens 40 gld. Kopers zoon Reint Engberts is vrij van geschenken bij versterf inzake het verkochte. Prijs 800 gld., te betalen in 2 egale termijnen, nu en op 1 mei 1765.
