Notes about Paul Rhode

Der Deutsche Ritterorden hat in Petztin einen Ordenshof im Jahre 1397 angelegt. In der poln. Zeit 1466 bis 1771 wurde daraus ein Vorwerk, das schon
1744 an den Granauer Oberschulzen Paul Rhode aus Granau verpachtet war. Die gesamte Familie lebte auch auf Petztin. Im Jahre 1753 verkaufte der
poln. Fürst Michael Anton Sapieha und seine Gemahlin Alexandra das Gut an Franz Lukowicz und dieser wiederum im Jahr 1766 an Andreas und Helene
Berent, geb. Patin, die vorher in Damerau gelebt hatten.
Paul Rhode war bis zu seinem Tode im Jahre 1756 Pächter auf Gut Petztin. Nachfolgepächter war für kurze Zeit sein Sohn Paul, getauft am 06.07.1738.
Als Vater Paul 1756 starb, wurden Vormünder eingesetzt und zwar mit Billigung der Obrigkeit des Tuchler Amtes, zwecks Erbschaftsregulierungen.
Erbberechtigt waren die Witwe Sophia, geb. Stoltmann, sowie die sieben zu erwachsenen gewordenen Personen, 4 Söhne und 3 Töchter.
