Am 23.01.1625 in Kärnten, am 26.06.1626 in Niederösterreich, am 16.01.1643 in Crain und am 31.05.1650 in Mantua wurde er mit seiner gesamten Descendenz als Landmann und Mitglied des Herrenstandes angenommen und immatriculiert.
In der Nähe von Wien (heute Stadtgebiet) besaß er das Schlß und Gut Jedlesee, den Edelsitz Kagran, in Crain Kroisseneck bei Laibach.
Begraben wurde er in der Kapuzinerkirche zu Heiligenkreuz, seiner Stiftung.
