In het jaar een duizend acht honderd zes en zeventig den vierde der maand december, is voor ons Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijke Stand der gemeente Tilburg ,verschenen, Franciscus Fouchier oud zes en dertig jaren,van beroep fabriekswerker wonende alhier die verklaarde aangifte te doen dat zijne echtgenote Maria Anna de Bont zonder beroep wonende alhier op den vierden, der maand december een duizend acht honderd zes en zeventig om twee ure des voormiddags ten zijner huize in wijk Loven te Eindhoven bevallen is van een kind van het mannelijk geslacht aan welk kind hij verklaard heeft te geven worden de voornamen:

Deze aangifte is gedaan in tegenwoordigheid van
Petrus de Bont oud twee en vijftig jaren van beroep dagloner en Willem van Gorp oud achten veertig van beroep landbouwer beiden alhier woonachtig
 
En hebben wij hiervan opgemaakt deze akte die na aan den verschenen persoon en de getuigen te zijn voorgelezen geteekend is door ons met hen
