"Wyllem van Ghestel, klerk, heeft gegeven aan Segheren Roede Gheraerts soen 20 bunder heide in de parochie van Westilborch aan den Vroensberch tegeneen jaarlijkse erfpacht van 5 mud rogge."
Tongerlo, 10 februari 1381:
"De broers Johannes, Arnoldus en Theodricus, kinderen van wijlen Theodricus Loet hebben verkocht aan Rodolphus Vuytergaeghen een erfpacht van 4 mudrogge die zij verkregen na de dood van Rodolpus de Bakker (Pistor) zoon van Reinier Pistoris, die deze Rodolphus op Lichtmis beurde in een pacht van5 mud rogge als Zegerus zoon van Gerardus genaamd Roode Gherit beloofd had (?) aan Willem van Ghestel, drie mud op St Andries en 2 mud op Lichtmisuit huis (manso) in de parochie West Tilburg bij de Vroensberch aan de gemeint en welke Rodolpus verkregen had van genoemde Willem van Gestele inBossche schepenbrieven."
