Nicolaas (Claes) Thomas (van den Oever), Borgemeester 1682/1683 Beek en Donk, geboren 1650 te Beek en Donk, overleden op 09-01-1701 te Beek en Donk, begraven op 10-01-1701 te Beek en Donk. De kinderen van Claes Thomassen waren volgens een
verklaring, gedaan voor de schepenen van Beeck, de enige Beeck en Donckse erfgenamen van Peter Thomas Blockers, broer van hun vader, huwelijks naam vrouw Hersken Dirck Rooijakkers.
ORA Helmond Folio 48 van 26 maart 1706. Dirck Royackers, als grootvader en voogd van 5 onmondige kinderen verweckt bij Hendrina Roijackers zijn dochter die getrouwd is geweest met Nicolaes Thomas en Thomas Nicolaessen, jongeman en broer van de
5 voornoemde kinderen, Jan Antonis Pennincx president en Jan Luijcas Roijackers schepen, als momboir verklaren een accord gesloten te hebben met Wouter Niclaessen, broer van Thomas en de 5 minderjarige kinderen over de nalatenschap van hun
ouders. Ook over het accoord van de minderjarige kinderen wordt een accoord gesloten. Hun namen zijn Maria, Petronella, Jan, Joseph en Peter.
