geëxploiteerd door de familie Cornelissen. (De schoonfamilie van Cornelius Gerardus Oudens) Het gezin Oudens Cornelissen is op 18 februari 1845 vanuit Bergen op Zoom naar Antwerpen vertrokken. De zou
tziederij werd daarna verpacht aan Carolus Emanuël Asselbergs.
