Op 11 maart 1820 wordt een overeenkomst gesloten met Joseph van Bokhoven, een wever uit Helmond, die in zijn plaats in militaire dienst zal gaan. (Not. Deurne akte 311)

Op 23 oktober 1837 koopt hij samen met Francis Fransen van Jan Fransen de boerderij bij het Schooteinde voor 3000 gulden. ( Not. Deurne 1837 akte 1575)

Op 14 januari 1874 besluit de gemeente een stuk grond van de kinderen Renier Rovers aan te kopen voor de bouw van een lijkenhuis (NAV 2)
