Joos Cornelisz van Acker of Martelman geboren 1610 overleden 5 januari 1670 bezat een brouwerij in de Hoogstraat te Wouw. Hij trouwde met Josina Commers van Osta, overleden 25 maart 1685. Bij de verdeling van hun nalatenschap in 1685 werd de brouwerij eigendom van hun schoonzoon Roovers. Zij hadden twee kinderen: Cornelia, geboren 11 november 1637 en Maria geboren 2 juni 1639. Trouwde voor Schepenen 19 augustus 1664 met Boudewijn Rafaëls Roovers (zv Rafaël Boudewijn Roovers en Neelken Servaes (Brabantse Leeuw 1953)
