    Willem werd geboren op 29 juli 1866 te Heusden en daar op de 30ste RK gedoopt. Hij werd koopman van beroep en trouwde op 18 april 1890 te Gorinchem met Maria Louisa Roovers,
    (zie ook hoofdstuk 15). Mie was op 21 december 1865 te Breda geboren en daar RK gedoopt. Ze gingen in Gorinchem wonen waar hun 12 kinderen geboren werden, allen RK gedoopt :
    1.1.1 Johan Peter geboren op 21 sept. 1890 werd stratenmaker. Hij trouwde met Antonette Ida Cornelia Rooderkerk geboren op 3 febr. 1894 te Gorinchem. Zij kregen daar 4 kinderen, alle RK gedoopt: Maria Wilhelmina 30 juli 1917, Petronella Johanna 24 sept. 1918, Elisabeth Maria 8 mei 1920 en Reinier Stephanus op 8 nov. 1921.
    1.1.2 Adrianus geboren op 6 maart 1892 werd winkelbediende. Hij trouwde met Gerarda Helena Hendrika Verschuren die op 29 september 1899 te Schlochteren/Groningen geboren en RK gedoopt was. Ze woonden in Gorinchem en kregen daar 2 kinderen: Maria
    Louisa op 12 april 1921 en Wilhelm op 12 juni 1922. Beiden RK gedoopt. Adrianus overleed 9 juni 1947 te Gorinchem en werd de 11de op de RK-begraafplaats aldaar bijgezet.►
    1.1.3 Elisabeth geboren op 3 maart 1894. Lies trouwde met Albert von Reth en zij verhuisden op 25 september 1920 naar Eindhoven waar ze in het Philipsdorp woonden. Albert werkte blijkbaar bij Philips. Zij overleed op 22 februari 1961 te Eindhoven, Boschdijk 588. Zie ook de overlijdensadvertentie. Hieruit blijkt ook, dat ze, naast haar man 2 dochters en 2 zoons achter liet.
    1.1.4 Ferdinand Hendricus werd geboren op 24 september 1895 en was straatmaker.
    1.1.5 Jacob geboren op 4 november 1896 werd kleermaker.
    1.1.6 Johannes Hubertus geboren op 10 februari 1898 werd bankwerker.
    1.1.7 Sophia Charlotta geboren op 14 januari 1900.
    1.1.8 Petrus Jacobus geboren op 25 juni 1901.
    1.1.9 Anni geboren op 31 december 1903.
    1.1.10 Johanna Anna geboren op 12 mei 1907.
    1.1.11 Michel Anton geboren op 10 augustus 1909 overleed op 11 oktober 1909.
    1.1.12 Cornelia Maria Sophia geboren op 2 november 1911.
