Notes about Paulus Passchierszoon Veefkind

De tweede nog levende zoon Paulus (1719) trouwt in 1741 als Paulus Passchiers met Maria Macko. Hij woont in de Oosthavenstraat. Bij de doop van hun eerste kind (Passchier) op 1 januari 1742 in de Loods kerk worden de doopouders als Paschier, Poulus en Maria Makoij ingeschreven, terwijl Magtelt Passchier getuige is. Bij de overige acht kinderen uit dit huwelijk krijgt Paulus achternamen mee die variëren van Veeskint, Viefkinds, Feefkind en Seefkint. In 1768 wordt Paulus begraven .als Veefkind Paulus Janse, de man van Maria Macko. Onder de naam Paulus Janse Veefkind heeft hij in 1766 een huis aan de Havenstraat gekocht, wat in 1771 weer door Maria, die in dat jaar hertrouwde met de tuinmansknecht Adam Blijhie, werd verkocht.
