Willem en Jacob Pipenpoy deelden de ouderlijke goederen voor de schepenen van Lennik op 1 december 1464. Willem verkreeg alle Brabantse leengoederen uitgezonderd deze in 't land van Grimbergen. Jacob kreeg ook het hof te Smesselbos onder St-Martens-Lennik.
