Diverse kinderen van Aart Arts krijgen de naam van de Hulsbeek toegevoegd en gaan deze naam later defintief dragen. Anderen krijgen die toevoeging niet en blijven ook later Arts genoemd worden. De naam Arts is een patroniem (zoon van A(a)rt) en deze wordt "losgelaten". Waarom de kinderen de toevoeging van de Hulsbeek krijgen is mij niet duidelijk. Wellicht verwijst de naam naar een naam bv. van een boederij of heeft het iets te maken met de twee huwelijken van Arnoldus Wilhelmi (Aart).
