CORNELIS MINDERMAN, oud drie en twintig jaren, voerman, geboren te Rotterdam, wonende alhier, meerderjarige zoon van Cornelis Minderman en Cornelia Kop, beiden overleden, en
JOHANNA MARIA VAN ETTEN, oud twee en twintig jaren, zonder beroep, geboren te Haarlemmermeer, wonende te Zevenbergen, minderjarige dochter van Machiel van Etten, overleden, en van Helena Reijnart, zonder beroep, wonende te Zevenbergen, alhier tegenwoordig en compenterende,
die ons verzocht hebben over te gaan tot de voltrekking van hun huwelijk, waarvan de afkondigingen zonder verhindering alhier hebben plaats gehad alsmede te Zevenbergen op den een en twintigsten en acht en twintigsten september dezes jaars. De comparanten hebben overlegd hunnen geboorte akten, de doodsakten zijner ouders en die van haren vader, het certificaat van des comparants voldoening aan de Nationale Militie, benevens het bewijs der gedane afkondigingen te Zevenbergen.
De comparanten ons te kennen gegeven hebbende elkander aan te nemen tot echtgenooten, en getrouwelijk te zullen vervullen alle plichten bij de Wet aan echtgenooten opgelegd, verklaren Wij in naam der Wet, dat zij door het huwelijk zijn verbonden. En hebben gemelde echtgenooten verklaard dat op den vijftienden augustus dezes jaars is geboren een kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht, genaamd Maria, ingeschreven in het geboorteregister dezer gemeente als dochter van Maria van Etten dat zij voor hun kind erkennen. Al het welk heeft plaats gehad in tegenwoordigheid van Jan Schouwenaars, oud zes en twintig jaren, arbeider, Hendrik Minderman, oud vier en twintig jaren, smid, broeder van den bruidegom, van Bernardus Johannes Karstens, oud vijftig jaren, kuiper, en van Theodorus Blokhuijzen, oud zestig jaren, bediende, wonende te Zevenbergen, en de overigen alhier. Wij hebben hiervan deze akte opgemaakt en na voorlezing onderteekend met de comparanten en de getuigen; hare moeder heeft verklaard niet te kunnen schrijven wegens ongeleerdheid.
