Op heden den vierden Februari negentien honderd drie zijn voor ons, Ambtenaar van den Burgelijken Stand der gemeente Rotterdam, verschenen tot het aangaan van een huwelijk, waarvan de bij de wet gevorderde afkondigingen alhier hebben plaats gehad op den negentienden en zes en twintigsten October des vorigen jaars:
Johannes Hermanus Magito, oud vijf en twintig jaren, handelsreiziger, geboren en wonende alhier, meerderjarige zoon van Hendrik Magito en Elisabeth Mulder, beiden zonder beroep, wonende alhier ---- en ----
Willemina ter Stege, oud een en twintig jaren, zonder beroep, geboren te Deventer, wonende alhier, minderjarige dochter van Christiaan ter Stege, winkelier en Wietske Klavers, zonder beroep, beiden wonende alhier. En hebben zij aan ons overgelegd: hunne geboorte akten en eene akte van tusschenkomst van den kantonrechter betreffende den vader van den bruidegom. De ouders der bruid, alhier tegenwoordig, verklaarden tot dit huwelijk hunne toestemming te geven.
Daarna hebben wij hun in het openbaar afgevraagd of zij elkander aannemen tot echtgenoooten en getrouwelijk al de plichten zullen vervullen, welke door de wet aan den huwelijken staat verbonden zijn; hetwelk door hen toestemmend beantwoord is. En hebben wij daarop verklaard, dat zij door den echt aan elkander zijn verbonden, in tegenwoordigheid van Cornelis Nieuwland, oud zeven en dertig jaren, commies, Johannes Georgius Tecken, oud dertig jaren, adjunct commies ter secretarie, Abraham Zwart, oud twee en zestig jaren en Frans van Es, oud vijftig jaren, stadssergeanten, allen wonende alhier. En hebben wij hiervan opgemaakt deze akte, welke na voorlezing is onderteekend door ons, de comparanten en de getuigen.
