    De uitvaartdienst wordt gehouden op vrijdag 8 juni om 13.30 uur in de Hervormde kerk te Sleen. Als u samen met ons afscheid wilt nemen wordt u vanaf 13.00 uur in de kerk verwacht. Na de begrafenis is er gelegenheid tot condoleren.
    De familie wil de medewerk(st)er(s) van zorginstelling Icare langs deze weg hartelijk danken voor hun onvermoeibare en liefdevolle inzet.
