Op heden den elfden October negentien honderd vijf zijn voor ons, Ambtenaar van den Burgelijken Stand der gemeente Rooterdam, verschenen tot het aangaan van een huwelijk, waarvan de bij de wet gevorderde afkondigingen alhier hebben plaats gehad op den eersten en achtsten October dezes jaars:
Gerrit Wilhelm ter Stege, oud een en twintig jaren, los werkman, geboren te Deventer, wonende alhier, minderjarige zoon van Christiaan ter Stege, handelsreiziger en Wietske Klavers, zonder beroep, beiden wonende alhier, ---- en ----
Maria Louisa Adriana de Zwart, oud twintig jaren, zonder beroep, geboren en wonende alhier, minderjarige dochter van Leendert de Zwart, gemeentereiniger en Adriana Schot, zonder beroep, beiden wonende alhier. En hebben zij aan ons overgelegd hunne geboorteakten. De ouders van partijen, alhier tegenwoordig, verklaarden tot dit huwelijk hunne toestemming te geven.
Daarna hebben wij hun in het openbaar afgevraagd of zij elkander aannemen tot echtgenoooten en getrouwelijk al de plichten zullen vervullen, welke door de wet aan den huwelijken staat verbonden zijn; hetwelk door hen toestemmend beantwoord is. En hebben wij daarop verklaard, dat zij door den echt aan elkander zijn verbonden, in tegenwoordigheid van
Cornelis Nieuwland, oud veertig jare, commies, Edward Gustav Maltha, oud drie en dertig jaren, adjunct commies ter secretarie, Gijsbert Vermeulen, oud zes en vijftig jaren, en Johannes Rosier, oud vijf en dertig jaren, stadssergeanten, allen wonende alhier. Waarvan wij deze akte hebben opgemaakt en na voorlezing onderteekend met de comparanten en de getuigen, uitgezonderd den vader der bruid die ons verklaarde de schrijfkunst niet te hebben geleerd.

Bij vonnis van de arrondissements rechtbank alhier, gewezen op negen October negentien honderd zestien, is het huwelijk tusschen Gerrit Wilhelm ter Stege en Maria Louisa Adriana de Zwart, door echtscheiding ontbonden verklaard.
