Deze verklaring is geschied in tegenwoordigheid van Berend Ziengs oud acht en twintig jaar, Landbouwer van beroep, woonachtig te Valthe en van Willem Schutrups oud zes en twintig jaar, Landbouwer van beroep, woonachtig te Odoorn. En heeft de Comparant en de getuigen deze acte, na behoorlijke voorlezing van dezelve, nevens mij onderteekend.
