    In het jaar negentien honderd, den dertigsten der maand Juni, zijn voor ons, ambtenaar van den burgelijken stand der gemeente BREDA, verschenen: Willem Schoutese, oud zes en vijftig jaren, van beroep Spoorbeambte, wonende alhier, vader, en Egbertus Wilhelmus Schoutese, oud negen en twintig jaren, van beroep huisschilder, wonende alhier, broeder van het na te noemen kind, die als levenloos hebben aangegeven een kind van het mannelijke geslacht van hetwelk op den negen en twintigsten juni dezes jaars om drie uur des namiddags, binnen deze gemeente, is bevallen Geertruida Maria Klavers, zonder beroep, echtgenoot van den eersten aangever. Voorlezing dezer akte is gedaan aan de aangevers, die met ons hebben onderteekend.
    Aantekening op de zijkant van de akte: Goedgekeurd de doorhaling van een en dertig gedrukte woorden.
