"Ik legateer aan mijn dochter Wilhelmina Jacobs echtgenote van Antonius van der Leen de mij toebehorende helft in twee huizen , beugelbaan, erven, tuinen en bouwland gelegen te Gestel en Blaarthem in sectie nrs 584, 585, 2400, 2401, 3151 groot tezamen eenentachtig aren, vierentachtig centiaren onder verplichting om daarover in mijne nalatenschap in te brengen de som van 2477 gulden 50 cent met bepaling dat bij vooroverlijden haar wettige afstammeling of wettige afstammelingen als bij wettelijk plaatsvervulling zullen optreden. Ik legateer aan mijne echtgenote Antonetta van Bussel het vruchtgebruik gedurende haar leven van mijn gehele nalatenschap en onthef van de verplichting om als vruchtgebruiksters zekerheid te stellen.
Indien de rechtsgeldigheid van mijne in dit testament vervatte beschikkingen in enig opzicht mocht worden betwist of eenig bezwaar wordt gemaakt tegen de nauwgezette naleving van die beschikkingen benoem ik tot erfgenaam of erfgenamen van het beschikbaar gedeelte mijner nalatenschap van degene of degenen mijner wettelijke erfgenamen die mijnen tegenwoordigen uitersten wil volkomen zullen eerbiedigen. En in geen opzicht zich tegen de nauwgezette naleving daarvan zullen verzetten. Dat de nalatenschap van den erflater bestaat uit het volgende:
