Sander Hasevoet en Claudina Raskind vermaken elkaar, bij het nalaten van kinderen, over en weer een lijftocht en vruchtgebruik van alle goederen aan de langstlevende tot aan het hertrouwen. De kinderen erven egualik.
De langstlevende wordt voogd / voogdesse, met uitsluiting van de weeskamer. Wanneer er geen kinderen nagelaten worden vermaken zij elkaar over en weer de volle eigendom van het nagelatene.
Wanneer hij als eerste overlijdt, erven zijn broeders en susters f 400,- met de klederen en kleynodien;
Wanneer zij als eerste overlijdt, en haar vader Pieter Raskind nog in leven is, erft de vader de legitieme portie. Als hij niet meer in leven is, dan genieten haar halve susters Grietjen, Lijsbet en Jannitje van Gelkom haar klederen en kleynodien.
