(Nederduits-gereformeerd), zoon van I, begraven te Leijden (Bolwerk) tussen 24 juni 1730 en 1 juli 1730, gebeurtenis te Leijden rond 1670 Naamsverandering: van Muijsschaert in Tack. Voor het eerst aangetroffen als Michiel Tack bij de doop van dochter Lydia dd. 10 mei 1671, gebeurtenis aldaar op 23 november 1676 Erfgenaam, van de nalatenschap van tante Emmerentia Tack., gebeurtenis aldaar op 31 januari 1698 Michiel Tack (oom) wordt als voogd aangesteld over Jan Tack 9 jr. en Christijntje Tack,13 jr. , testament gemaakt aldaar op 2 september 1716.
