Pieter Ariensz. Crijsman heeft in 1657 een scheve schaats gereden, zoals blijkt uit enkele akten uit het Notariele Archief van Notaris Jacob.....

1.1657, Akte van huwelijkse voorwaarden, van Vranck Anthonisz. Verdoes, bruidegom van Gieltje Cornelisdr. Verduyn, bruid. De bruid werd vergezeld door haar moeder de weduwe van Cornelis Jacobsz. Verduyn en door Pieter Ariensz. Crijsman haar gekozen voogd. Gieltje krijgt van Pieter Ariensz. Crijgsman f. 100.-- voor haar getrouwe diensten bij hem, (waarschijnlijk was zij dienstbode bij hem en gaf hij dit bedrag als uitzet). Naast de akte staat (met een andere hand geschreven) aangetekend, dat dit huwelijk niet aangegaan is. Het waarom blijkt uit een volgende akte (3 boeken later).

2.1657, Akte waarin de vergoeding uitgesteld wordt die Pieter Ariensz. Crijgsman moet geven aan Gieltje Cornelisdr. Verduyn, omdat Gieltje een kind van hem verwacht. De bruidegom Vranck Verdoes heeft de zwangerschap nog op tijd in de gaten gehad en heeft kennelijk de verkering uitgemaakt. Overigens heeft hij niet erg getreurd, want reeds op 30 december 1657 (dus nog geen 2 maanden later)............

Rechterlijk Archief Zevenhuizen no. 63 dd. 18.3.1680 folio 51. Als Pieter Ariensz. Krijgsman is overleden, worden als zijn erfgenamen genoemd; Pieter Pietersz. Crijgsman en kinderen Jacobsz. van der Vree...
