Hend Jans Baers, bruijdegom jongman wonende int Zuijlen, geassisteert met Jan Baers sijn vader ten eenre, ende Willemijntie Gerritse Broer, jonge dogter bruijt mede tot Zuijlen woonagtig, geassisteert met Hendrijk Gerritse Broer vader ter andere sijdes en verclarde de voornoemde bruijdegom en bruijd de andere belooft te hebbe, gene belove sij desen eerst dage na schriftelijcke ordelijke, huwelijck ende andere, ter onderstart van die de bruijdegom aanbrenge sal, sulx sijn vader hier present, beloofde mede tegeve drie hondert gulden ende des bruijdegoms vader belooft met bij voornoemde compute en bruijt tergelegendetijd mede ter hun beste geval vijf hondert gulden, ende bij dese huwelijcks voorwarde te verstaen, die de voornoemde toecomende egtschijden en huwelijcx ruende is volge, voorn. beloven dat te come gene agtervolge onder verbant als dat egtes verlopen, ende scrusenteerde hier van acte den is dese aldus gedaen te Utregt, ter presentie van Abel en Niclaes de Coole getuijgen hiertoe versogt.
