Notes about Harm Blaauw

Na het huwelijk verhuisd naar Hoogezand en werkte Harm bij meelhandel Benes. Voor of in 1905 verhuisd naar de watermolen te Luddeweer (Woltersum). Op 1 mei 1908 een koffiehuis gepacht langs het Eemskanaal te Woltersum. 's Nachts om 3 uur koffie klaar voor de scheepsjagers.
Harm werkte aan het Eemskanaal, maar nam 's zomers zichtwerk aan waarbij het gezin meehielp.
In 1911 verhuisd naar Blocum tot 1914, daarna Kolderij.
In 1917 werd voor 3 jaar de brug over het Damsterdiep te Winneweer gepacht (met huis) bij inschrijving van het waterschap. Hinderika deed brugwerk overdag, Harm 's morgens om 5 uur voor de snik naar de stad.
(Mouder is de kovvie kloar, snikjong komt d'r aan).
Harm werkte tot 1920 op de steenfabriek te Winneweer, daarna op de houtstek van Nanninga . In 1958 met pensioen.
Verhuisd in 1925 naar Loppersum aan het Middenpad. In 1933 werd voor plm.
f 3600 een huis gekocht achter de Wijmers.
