Militieregisters: lengte 1673 millimeters, grijze ogen, blond haar; vrijgesteld wegens broederdienst Woonde bij huwelijk in 1882 aan de 2de Boomdwarsstraat 21 Amsterdam. Ze woonden op de Lindegracht 184. Uit kwartierstaat opgesteld door familielid A. Roelofs in 1998: Willem Homburg was een vaardig meubelmaker die bovendien prachtig houtsnijwerk vervaardigde, zoals rugleuningen, leeuwen-koppen en klauwen en armleuningen en stoelpoten. Hout- en Basrelief versieringen aan kasten, terwijl hij voor zijn plezier houten beeldjes en allerlei voorstellingen sneed. Ondanks zijn zeer groot gezin wist hij het tot welstand te brengen. Hij kocht het huis aan de Lindegracht 184, dat hij [daarvoor?] in huur had, waarin hij tot aan zijn dood woonde en waarin lange tijd daarna zijn getrouwde kinderen hebben gewoond. Merkwaardigerwijs hadden de zoons uit dit huwelijk en kinderrijke gezin geen nakomelingschap.
