Niet geheel duidelijk met wie hij getrouwd is. De 4 kinderen waarvan hij de vader zou zijn, hebben als moeder Marie (Lambertus 1691), Marie Dirckx (Joanna 1693), Marie Aerds (Joanna 1695), Marie Arnoldissen (Arnoldus 1697; in gegealogie Loenhout wordt hij Aert genoemd). In Loenhout zegt men dat hij met Marie Dirckx getrouwd is en daarna met Elisabeth (Lijsbeth) Jan (Janssen) van der Wijnen. Bij dat laatste huwelijk zie ik dat hij weduwnaar is van Mariken van Jorten (als ik het goed lees tenminste).
