    Op 18 november 1645 maakten Bastiaen Willemsen van den Nes, heemraad van Ridderkerk, en zijn ziek te bed liggende huisvrouw Grietge Willems Aryswagers in hun huis op het dorp Ridderkerk een testament. Zij deden hun op 17 juni 1642 voor notaris Gerrit van der Hout te Rotterdam gemaakte testament teniet en testeerden vervolgens op de langstlevende, die voogd over hun kinderen zou zijn en deze naar behoren diende op te voeden etc. en aan elk van hen bij mondigheid of eerder huwelijk naar gelegenheid der boedel een bedrag uit te reiken.

    Beiden ondertekenden de akte. Getuigen waren ds. Hermen Celosse en Bastiaens toekomstige
    schoonvader Aryen Aryensz. Baes, dijkgraaf van Ridderkerk355.
