    Hij werd samen met zijn vrouw Trijntje Leenders, op 23 december 1665 na belijdenis, lidmaat te Ridderkerk, na 1680. In het in 1680 opgemaakte kohier der huishoudens te Ridderkerk maakt melding dat "Willem Pietersse Penninck en sijn huysvrouw met twee kinderen boven de acht jaren, is door misfortuyn uit gebouwen en kan nu qualijck aen de kost geraecken". Na zijn overlijden bleef zijn weduwe eigenaresse van de hoeve, die zij in 1722 nog bezat.
