Uit deze familie Bosma was ook Teatske afkomstig, het meisje waar Mattheus al vroeg verkering mee kreeg. Zij was geboren op It Wytfean op 25 februari 1916. Haar ouders waren Pieter Bosma en Atje Veenstra. Vader Pieter was boerenknecht en had daarnaast sedert ong. 1913 op It Wytfean in het bekende 'Robyntje nêst' (Robyntsjewei [8]/10], eigendom van de Nederlands Hervormde Kerk, een winkeltje annexkoffiehuisje
