  • Leefden samen/Lived together. In the family tree of 1960 by H.de Haan the Genealogy is divides into three parts (A,B and C) for each of the children. This part regards the descendants of Hendrik Teunis' de Bruin borne 28.08.1810 (A 2).
    In mei 1995 is de historische roman (In fin mear as in bears' verschenen van Rink van der Velde over de vrijbuiter 'Salomon Levy'. In de Leeuwarder Courant van 12 mei 1995 is daar een hele pagina aan gewijd. Volgens dit artikel in Salomon Levy uit een progrom in het Duitse Urbach gevlucht en terecht gekomen op de 'Grinzer klaa' (Groninger klei). Hij zou 4 jaar gewoond hebben bij een boer en zou hem dan 'gesmeerd' zijn naar de Friesche Wouden (Zwaagwesteinde). Hij heeft meegedaan aan het Kollumer Oproer van 1797 (de opstand van de Prinsgezinden tegen het gezag van de partriotten). Dat heeft hem de kraag gekost. Deop 17 maart 1798. Zij vrouw 'weduwe' hertrouwt met Jacob Tjibbes de Haan.
