Gerrit Yserman en Geertruid Martens, tezamen (klein)kinderen van Hendrik Egberts en Evertje Jans, approbatie van een magescheid dd 27-3-1760, waarbij de zaalweer aan H.J.Meijer was toegedeeld, voorts investiture en oprukking voor voornoemde Meijer.

Approbatie is: Toestemming voor het aangaan van een rechtshandeling, waarin het herengoed is betrokken.
Approbatie werd er verleend voor o.a. verkoop, testament, mageschei (boedelscheiding), lijftuchting enz.
Investiture is: inleiding in een herengoed; meestal door vererving.
Zaalweer is: de kern van een herengoed, meestal stond hier een huis op.
Oprukking is: een soort belasting die eens in de 6 jaar moest geschieden onder betaling van 2 goudguldens, van deze handeling werd dan een akte opgemaakt.
