    Bij de geboorteaangifte op het gemeentehuis werd Ursus Victor aan de ambtenaar van de burgerlijke stand getoond door zijn vader. Hierbij waren aanwezig Evert van den Brink 34 jaren timmerman, en Hendrik Wiebolt achtentwintig jaren en kantoorbediende.

    Met zijn broers en zusters kocht Ursus Victor van Anna Alijda Stoop en Arnoud Jan de Beaufort twee percelen bouwland, kadastraal bekend sectie D 36 en 79, met een gezamenlijke grootte van 74 roeden en 30 ellen, (artikel 675 volgnummers 47 en 48), rond 1864 36 roeden en 80 ellen hebben gekocht. Deze twee percelen bouwland waren bij de invoering van het kadaster in 1832 eigendom van P.d'Armandville.
    Voor bouwland kende de gemeente Zeist 5 belastingtariefklassen. Beide percelen waren ingedeeld in klasse 5. Per bunder moest fl. 3,- belasting per jaar wworden betaald. Ter vergelijking, klsse 1 betaalde fl 30,- belasting per bunder.
    Op de kadastrale kaart (minuutplan) uit 1832 valt te zien dat de percelen niet naast elkaar gelegen waren. D'Armandville heeft deze gronden in 1835/1836 aan F.A.Hubert verkocht. Door latere vererving zijn ze in bezit van Anna Aleida de Beaufort-Stoop gekomen.
    Ursus Victor (artikel 854) werd eigenaar van 8 roeden, in 1864 bekend sectie D 615 en 621.
    De percelen hebben - niet direct- aan de Oud Postweg gelegen.
