Pieter Henricxs Ronaer of Roonaer en zijn vrouw Anna Dircksdr van Bleyswijck wonende te Delft benoemen elkaar wederzijds tot hun erfgenaam. De huwelijkse voorwaarden d.d. 03-07-1627 komenhiermee te vervallen. Indien het huwelijk kinderloos blijft, laat Ronaer aan zijn broer Henrick Henricxs 12,5 gemet land, gelegen in de Huytert in Roon, na en nog 2,5 gemet waterschap en 7gemet land gelegen in een niet nader genoemde polder in Roon. Tot mede-voogden over zijn eventuele kinderenbenoemt de testateur zijn broer Heyndrick Heyndricxs en zijn ooms Gerrit PieterssVelsenaer en Cornelis Janss de Raidt. De testatrice benoemt in dit geval haar oom Euwout Evertss van Bleyswijck en Pieter Willem van der Houven tot mede-voogden.

Beschrijving: gedamasceerd donker kostuum met lichter gestreept keurs, lichte manchet, om de schouders sluitende dubbele kraag met akers, donker kapje met parelversiering; oorhangers, meerrijig paarlen halssnoer, donkere speld op de kraag.
