Op 15-02-1631 - Comparerend voor schepenen van de heerlijkheid van Moorsel sGraven propre, (en) Jonker Jan le Boiteux, heer van Moorsel, Adriaen van Langenhove fs Jans kennende en lijdende wel en deugdelijk schuldig te zijn en jaarlijks belooft te betalen aan Jan Baeten fs Pieters een erfelijke losrente van 20 schellingen groten s'jaars en dat voor de som van 16 ponden groten die de comparant kent ontvangen te hebben van de voors Jan Baetens. Adriaan bezet hiervoor zijn behuisde hofstede, waar de comparant op woont, groot een half bunder gelegen te Wavere, oost en zuid de straat, noord Cornelis Eyens en nog een stede, genoemd "Pierijnken Stede" "daer den nast op staet" gelegen te Wavere, groot een dagwand, noord de weduwe Adriaan Tuerenhut, zuid Laureys Vincke, oost s'heren straat. Nog een half dagwand gelegen te Wavere opt "Gerode"? zuid en noord de voors weduwe Adriaan Tuernhut en nog een half dagwand op hetzelfde veld, zuid en noord de voors weduwe Tuernhut... (Eindopmerking) En is mede gecompareert, Laureys Vinck, schoonvader van de voors comparant, (die) tot verzekerthede van de voors rente heeft zeker gesteld een behuisde hofstede "daer de voors comparanten op woenen" groot en half bunder gelegen te Waver oost en zuid sheren straat, noord Cornelis Eyen, nog een half dw gelegen opt Gerode, zuid en noord de Weduwe Adriaen Tyernaut, nog een haff dw op hetzelfde veld zuid en noord dezelfde weduwe. (het is dus de schoonvader die
zich borg stelt voor de losrente, het gaat hier dus over Adriaan van Langenhove x Joanna Vinck)
