Op 3 mei 1707 ging Bijtje Jans naar de Naardense notaris Joan Boch om een akte op te laten maken voor haar 5 kinderen. De jongst geboren zoon was al overleden.

Het erfdeel van de kinderen bestond uit:
Een "seeckre huis en erve, staande binnen Lage Bussum met omtrent 5 schepel (1 ha). Boulands daaraan, tegenwoordig bewoont werdende door Jannities Willemse".
Verder moest Bijtje beloven:
"daarenboven dezelve haar vijf kinderen te alimineren en onderhouden met kost, klederen en andere lighamelijke nooddruft, oock dezelve te laten leren leezen en schrijven en een voornaam handtwerck, naar de kinderen vernuft en gelegenheijt, omme onder gods zegen te bestaan".
De belangen van de kinderen werden bij de notaris behartigd door Gerrit Meijerden en Geu Meijerden, "oomen van de kinderen".
Gerrit Meijerden en zijn vrouw Wijntje Bartens, vermaken middels testamentâ 100,-- aan de 5 weeskinderen van wijlen Teunis Jacobsz (Post) en Bijtje Jans [NOT. 3729-A-41].
